UniSat 2.0 participants inspired by the researches of a biologist Rayana Barnavi, who traveled to international space station under the Ax-2 mission launched by SpaceX company, learned the researched in the field of biomedicine in space.

In particular, girls were considering a mission for the launch of cubesat constructed at the bootcamp from the viewpoint of future orbital biolabarotories and agricultural plantations.

Before the launch of the cubesat, the girls visited the 100 MW Nur Navoi Solar PV station in the Karmana district of the Navoi region.

Nur Navoi specialists presented the Solar PV technology used on the site, the data monitoring process. Girls asked various questions about cyber security of the data, electricity generation efficiency, sensors for the dust monitoring on the panels.

Tashkent, May 13, 2023. Finalist girls of the UniSat 2.0 program launched nanosatellites to the stratosphere from the site in Navoi Region in Uzbekistan. A team of trainers, engineers and specialists from aeronautical department supported the girls.
